What kind of photo works best?
Use the highest-resolution original photo you have. Front-facing photos taken in natural light work best. Avoid screenshots, filters, dark rooms, blur, or photos that crop out part of your pet's face.
How long will my order take?
Production begins after you approve your proof. Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after they are submitted to production. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delivery time depends on the product, destination, and shipping method.
What if I don't like the portrait?
One revision is included before production, and nothing prints until you approve the proof. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Can I include two pets?
One pet per item unless the product page says otherwise.
