Store and Products
Pawkeep operates an online store offering personalized pet keepsakes and related products, including customized mugs, apparel, blankets, and other merchandise.
Product colors, positioning, dimensions, and image reproduction can vary slightly because of screen settings, printing methods, manufacturing tolerances, and the quality or composition of customer-supplied photographs. Customer-Submitted Content
Customers may provide photographs, names, text, or other materials for personalized products. By submitting content, the customer confirms that they own the content or have permission to use it and authorize Pawkeep and its production partners to reproduce, modify, format, and print it solely as reasonably necessary to process and fulfill the order.
Customers must not submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by Pawkeep’s policies.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Pawkeep name, website design, graphics, product designs, written content, logos, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Store content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.
Ownership of a customer’s original photograph or other submitted content remains with the customer or its lawful owner.
Third-Party Services
Pawkeep uses third-party providers to operate the store, process payments, produce merchandise, deliver orders, provide customer support, and perform related business services. These providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Accuracy and Availability
