TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern access to shoppawkeep.com and purchases made from Pawkeep. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

  1. STORE SERVICES

Pawkeep offers personalized pet keepsakes, including mugs, T-shirts, hoodies, blankets, and other products that may be added to the store.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

  1. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete order, billing, personalization, and shipping information.

  1. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, each Pawkeep design is intended for one pet.

Customers are responsible for supplying a clear, suitable photograph and accurate personalization instructions. We may request a replacement photograph if the submitted image is unsuitable for producing an acceptable design.

  1. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

You retain ownership of photographs and other content you submit.

By submitting content, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it. You grant Pawkeep and its service providers a limited license to access, reproduce, modify, and transmit that content solely as reasonably necessary to create, review, fulfill, deliver, and support your order.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Pawkeep may decline or cancel an order containing prohibited content.

  1. PROOFS AND REVISIONS

A digital proof will be provided before production. One complimentary revision is included.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully. Approval confirms acceptance of the design, image, crop, placement, spelling, and other visible personalization details.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the included revision may require an additional charge or a new order. Pawkeep will disclose and obtain approval for any additional charge before proceeding.

  1. PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors, proportions, placement, texture, and other details may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, selected product, material, size, and printing process.

Minor production variations that do not materially affect the approved design are not necessarily defects.

  1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. Pawkeep may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, prohibited content, payment problems, fulfillment limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.

If Pawkeep cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed.

Customers agree to pay the product price, shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts presented during checkout. Available payment methods are determined by Shopify and the applicable payment providers.

  1. PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

Pawkeep may correct, suspend, or cancel a promotion affected by an error, misuse, or fraud.

  1. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Personalized orders are submitted for production after proof approval. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Risk of loss and legal title transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s delivery terms.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because Pawkeep products are personalized and made to order, ordinary returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or customer-selection errors.

Qualifying damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misprinted products may be eligible for replacement, reprint, or refund when reported within the required period.

  1. WEBSITE USE

You may use the website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes. You may not:

  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Introduce malicious code
  • Scrape or reproduce store content without permission
  • Use the website for fraud or unlawful activity
  • Misrepresent your identity or payment authority
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Pawkeep name, branding, website content, graphics, product presentations, and other materials owned or licensed by Pawkeep are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Pawkeep’s brand, website content, production templates, or other proprietary materials.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store uses third-party services for ecommerce hosting, payments, personalization, manufacturing, delivery, analytics, and related functions. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Pawkeep is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

  1. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, or availability information. If a material correction affects an order already placed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include cancellation and refund.

  1. WARRANTIES

Pawkeep will provide the rights and remedies described in our published policies and required by applicable law. Except for those obligations, the website and services are provided without additional warranties that can lawfully be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawkeep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Pawkeep’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Pawkeep from third-party claims arising from content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where the customer resides.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Pawkeep may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
